If your order has been shipped, we will not agree to cancel the order. You can contact us via email sales@visparking.com, or communicate with us in the customer service window on our website. In special circumstances, we will refund you the same amount as the product price (the shipping fee should be borne by you, not refundable).

For customized products, once you confirm that the customized information is correct and production has started, we will not accept any changes to customized information or cancel the order.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
