Customized products do not support returns.

For customized products, once you confirm that the customized information is correct and production has started, we will not accept any changes to customized information or refunds.

For customized products, if the product does not have any quality and defect issues, we will not accept any replacement or return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and kept in the same state as when they were received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our return policy is valid for 60 days. If it has been more than 60 days after your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
